Danger Close is no more. The development studio behind Medal of Honor: Warfighter was disbanded by Electronic Arts. The publisher thus clearly reacting to the mediocre rating of the war shooter in gaming fans and press. The sales figures of Medal of Honor: Warfighter fell short of expectations, so EA sent the shooter known brand only once in the forced break. Some employees have already left Danger Close, the rest came in under DICE LA studio.

Some of the staff had, however, already clear the workplace in the context of job cuts earlier this year. The DICE LA Studio supports the team of the Swedish head office in the production of video games. According to EA Games boss Patrick Söderlund DICE LA plays an important role in the recently announced Star Wars: Battlefront one.
