Ian Hetherington, former CEO of Realtime Worlds, takes over Project: My World. At first it was just a rumor, now there are first tangible evidence. After the All Points Bulletin bankruptcy this is now the new project of the developer.

Project: My World is taken over by Ian Hetherington. Ian Hetherington is a former President and Chief Strategy Officer of the bankrupt developer Realtime Worlds. What used to be just a rumor, is now confirmed by developers of the online game. Hetherington had Project: Bought My World with his new company, Kimble Operations, shares lead artist Tahir Rashid with. This acquisition had some personnel changes. Only 20 people from the original My World team would have Ian Hetherington connected.

"We are very pleased that the project is not dead and we are delighted that they will release it at some point," says Rashid. The online game Project: My Worlds to be a mixture of "social media", "social" and "Traditional Gaming". So a mixture, for example, Spore, Sims and Facebook. Details can be found at Gamasutra .
