This is based on the Source Engine indie game Dear Esther gets an official successor who will shine in a completely new look thanks to CryEngine 3 in the summer of 2013. The player will be able to experience in Everybody's Gone to the Rapture end of the world on his own body and thereby take on the role of different characters. First screenshots already indicate an atmospheric adventure.

The Dear Esther developer "thechineseroom" allows you to experience Everybody's Gone to the Rapture the story of six different characters in the newly announced successor to the player. Due to a not yet precisely known incident, the world plunges into chaos. The player will experience the meaninglessness of time in this situation and a world oppose, the ever-increasing in emptiness. Their intention is the current trend of post-apocalyptic games counteract something and put the focus more on the story and the drama of a possible doomsday.
